Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably in Computer Science or related IT courses
Must be able to work varied hours, weekends and holidays
Reliable, enthusiastic, upbeat personality, get along well with co-workers
Customer service oriented—enjoy helping people & going the “extra mile” to meet each customer’s needs
Quick learner, detail oriented and able to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Ability to work with complex situations that may not have a prescribed resolution
Above-average fluency in English both oral and written
Must be able to work in a collaborative software development environment
Well developed problem solving skills
Preferably with knowledge in eCommerce and the Internet
