Job Duties
Inbound Account Executives field 40 to 60 inbound calls per day from our customers. These calls are driven from both catalog and web/email advertising about our products and deals. You will assist the customer in making a purchase, adding on to the order and making sure you provide service before, during and after the sale

Qualifications
• Two or four year degree
• Phone Sales experience (Call Center)
• Professional communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of computers (Understand MS application and computer basics)
• Retail experience a plus
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks.

Training
There is a training class before starting on the phones to learn OSRP programs for phone order entry. OSRP also offer ongoing training from both manufacturer reps as well and their own to improve quality of service and sales overall.
