Proficient in basic computer operations
Flexible and willign to be assigned to varying work hours
Excellent customer service skills
Courteous and able to develop positive rapport with customers
Dependable and has a solid work ethic
Attentive and has a keen eye for detail
Fluent in English and communicates effectively
Background in credit card verification is preferred but not required
Completed at least 2 years of college or its equivalent
