RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performs end-to-end IT recruitment sourcing & activities
Performs encoding of information to the databank.
Provides updates on hiring requirements, status feedback to applicants, tracking purposes, and effective monitoring of applications processed / to be processed.
Provides new insights and ideas on current recruitment practices and suggests improvements from a procedural perspective.
Assists in fostering and developing close relationships with clients.
Participates in aligning and calibration with hiring requirements of the different departments / accounts
REQUIREMENTS:
General knowledge of Recruitment procedures, processes, concepts, and principles.
Basic knowledge of ITO / BPO and manpower demand.
Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel);
Should have profiling, interviewing and assessment skills.
Has excellent oral and written communication skills.
Should be adaptive to flexible work schedules and working hours.
Must be willing to work either in Ortigas or Taguig City.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office applications.
Required language(s): Filipino, English
Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in the related field for this position
