Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or any course as long as with solid background in Web Development
Minimum 2 years work experience managing enterprise Java/Web Projects
Has appreciation of Networking and Telecommunication technologies
Exceptional knowledge and application of any software development methodology is a must; experience in applying UML tools is a plus
Preference is given to those with experience in a Consulting company and/or Call Center
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum 5 years experience in the IT industry
