Responsibilities:
To provide ongoing technical maintenance and usage support of business applications particularly the in-house developed applications in order to maintain their reliability and business benefits.
To specify, implement, install, and configure new third party business applications to ensure that the product meets the needs of the service area, liaising with project managers and suppliers where necessary.
To analyze, define, and implement interfaces between business applications to provide integrated solutions.
To provide additional functionality to the business by using the appropriate tool sets to enhance in-house application and/or 3rd party applications and develop reports, workflows, web pages and forms and/or new small applications, to maximize in-house applications and/or 3rd party applications, ensure the efficiency of service and provide enhanced services to all BPOI groups.
To understand the security threats posed to applications which are accessible via the internet, devising, and implementing security measures to ensure the integrity of transactions and the confidentiality of data.
Requirements:
Preferrably Male
Must be BS IT, Comp Sci or 4 year IT related course graduate from a reputable school
Must have atleast 1-4 years systems programming experience using the following languages: MS SQL, Delphi, Visual Basic
Experience in handling direct reports or people management is a must
Must be be specialized in Crystal reports and MS Access
Exposure in company website design and maintenance
Systems design portfolio shoould iclsude development and modifications on accounting, payroll and compensation, time-keeeping/ attendance, inventory, financial controls and related systems.
Dbase management a definite advantage
Other IT skills considered a plus: Tech support and networking
Can work in a fast-paced, target driven ad time-constrained environment under minimal supervision
Independent, pro-active and innovative
Willing to work in Makati, residents of the locale preferred
2 FTEs required ASAP
