Medicall Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of IT Helpdesk Engineer.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for promptly logging and identifying all customer complaints in the Service Desk ticketing system and ascertain swift resolution;
Properly escalate and coordinate reported incidents by following the escalation process defined for each campaign or program;
Follow appropriate procedures for outstanding logged service desk tickets;
All issues are logged, tagged, tracked, and resolved according to client (internal/external) SLA;
Coordinate with other IT internal groups including the Systems, Network, Techincal Support, and IT Security groups to ensure that service level agreements with the internal and external customers are met;
Provide summary reports of all logged and tagged calls and tickets per shift;
Adhere to service levels agreements.
Position Objective
This position is considered the SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) for all IT related concerns
and items and providing the necessary services to both internal and external customers of Medicall.
Skill Requirement
Exposure to the IT Services industry is desired but not essential
In the absence of an exposure to IT industry the candidate must have a strong 'Call Center Operations Support' experience
Experience in working on a 24x7 operations an added advantage
Should have had the experience of working in teams
Must have excellent English communication
Understanding of technical aspects of one or more of the following areas: a)LAN, b)WAN, c)Systems, d)Telecom e) Desktop Application
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
