Job Summary for I3 Support:

configure, implement and maintain Exchange, NT, active directory, antivirus, server and other call center applications
Configure and troubleshoot I3 and standard work stations for agnets
Monitor, test and conduct application support, setup and administer above mentioned details
Ensure 24/7 uptime
Qualifications:
at least 2 years experience in call center/telemarketing infrastructure
Knowledgeable on network(routers, switches and realted technologies) Windows XP and server 2003
Proficiency in VOIP, I3 technology & crystal reports
