Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources Management or its equivalent.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial capacity developing, implementing and managing human resources programs, benefit and compensation structuring.
The candidate must have familiarity with labor laws and organizational models.
Exercise strong leadership, management and organizational skills in the areas of HR.
Exercise sound judgment and consultative skills to promote understanding, empathy, influence and service to all employees at all levels in the organization.
Strong inter-personal and human relation skills and ability to resolve conflicts quickly and effectively by managing the interests and priorities of the organization at large as well as the people involved.
Display a high degree of emotional maturity while keeping difficult situations in proper perspective.
Must exercise flexibility towards working hours (early/late and weekend contributions may be required from time-to-time due to extra-ordinary projects/objectives).
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
