Responsibilities:
The Human Director will act as an HR Business Partner who provides strategic thought leadership (HR insight) through the alignment of people strategy to the business strategy.
The HR.BP plays a pivotal role in driving the desired culture utilizing effective talent management principles & practices that will build organizational capability and optimize the contribution of the people workforce to achieving business goals.
In addition they will drive HR operational excellence and provide a seamless ‘end to end’ service as well as significantly contributing towards and shaping business strategy whilst facilitating transformation and organizational change.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 8-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
A strong background in the combined field of Human Resource and BPO Operations (offshore delivery, project management and implementations) preferred.
Experience in an operations and delivery role, which is responsible for process improvement, team productivity, meeting SLA/metrics and client satisfaction
Candidates with broad exposure in Human Resource facets and process set-up preferred.
Influential at all business levels with strong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics.
Previous HR experience in both multinational and smaller consulting organizations, preferably with start-up experience
Functional expertise in talent attraction, talent management, organizational development, employee relations and compensation and benefits
Strategic thinker; asks key questions and challenges management thinking.
Highly committed and able to deliver to a transformational agenda, providing change focus, utilizing a range of coaching and influencing skills to achieve success
Strives for continuous improvement and enhances existing working practices and shares best practice.
Determines how the HR function can deliver expected value and contribution to the organization.
Regularly looks for development opportunities for themselves and others.
Takes personal accountability and encourages others to do the same.
Demonstrates high drive and energy with a strong work ethic
Plans, organizes, and effectively schedules personal work load and leverages technology.
Conveys ideas in a clear focused way using effective verbal and non-verbal communication techniques
Comfortable working as part of a virtual HR team in a stand-alone role
Must have proficiency with various software applications including Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
