RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internal customer assistance via phone or personal troubleshooting.
Immediate Helpdesk assistance varying in concern and urgency.
Installation of programs and necessary tools as required by the different departments of the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Troubleshooting HW / SW, Avaya Epabx, Program Installation
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City and/or Quezon City
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
