Requirements:
* University degree or the equivalent
* Excellent oral and written English
* Excellent judgment & listening skills
* Must have 1-2 years solid experience as a Team Leader (in an international call center) preferably in a customer service account
* Must have at least 2 Years related experience in the Technical Support/Customer Service industry, preferred.
* Must have experience in English training.
* Computer literate (Windows, MS Office, Outlook and Internet)
* Must be amenable to shifting schedules including graveyard shifts and working on holidays
* Must be willing to work in Makati
* Available for immediate employment.
* Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork / collaboration, motivation and staff development skills including the ability to act as a role model within the team.
* Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment / problem solving skills when making decisions.
* Ability to establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal while using appropriate resources
* Ability to coach, develop action plans which maximize performance, to provide effective feedback,and to educate agents on non-proficient area
* Ability and experience in working with people on different levels
* Proficient with writing reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
* Understanding of quality feedback processes
