Service Support Representative:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably CPA
Must have experience call center and/or IT industry/customer care operations
At least 1-2 years overall experience for Level 1
At least 2-3 years overall experience for level 2
Excellent communication skills
must have experience in technical support
Candidates must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
Service Support Representative (Japanese Speaking)
Bachelor's degree in any computer, engineering, information technology, business or related courses.
Experience with CRM technology (i.e Siebel) is a must
Must have experience in technical/customer support and/or implementation
Excellent communication skill
must be able to speak and write in japanese
