RESPONSIBILITIES:


Will support customers in the use of their mobile devices
Navigation
Applications (Installation, upgrade, registration, etc.)
MMS or internet configuration


REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Cellphone Support, Mobile Support, smartphone android phone.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Full-Time positions available.
Knowledgeable in using smartphones (Nokia, Iphone, Samsung, Blackberry, Android Phone )
Candidate should be Tech Savy - can navigate mobile unit's systems and applications
Excellent communication skills (English or Taglish)
Has very good listening skills
6 months customer service experience is a plus
Flexible in work schedule
Background or knowledge in mobile devices is a must
