Preferably with call center experience
Excellent people, coaching and management skills
Analytical skills
Bottom line oriented and results driven
Must have experience in instructional design and training needs analysis
Excellent facilitation skills
preferably with sales experience
Team Leader for Training
Call center experience preferred
must have experience in instructional design and training needs analysis
Excellent facilitation skills
must have sales experience
Shift Manager
Preferably with call center experience
Excellent people coaching and management skills
Must have sales experience in any industry preferably banking and credit card environment
Analytical skills
bottom line oriented and results driven
Team Leader
Call Center experience required
at least 1 year Team Leader experience
Must have sales experience
Customer Service Associate
Preferably a college graduate
Excellent communication skills
has initiative and a take charge attitude
Active listening skills
Flexible, adaptable and multi-tasking capable
Good problem-solving skills
Must be proficient in MS office applications and internet browsing
Must be willing to work in shifts
must have sales experience in any industry preferably banking/credit card environment

HealthCare Associates
Nursing graduates preferred
Medicine and Pharmacy are likewise preferred among Life Science related graduates

Experience in HMOs and/or insurance an advantage
Line Trainers
Preferably with call center experience
must have sales experience
Healthcare Associates
Nursing graduates preferred
