Responsibilities:
Conduct full cycle recruiting
Write and manage job posting advertisements
Implement existing employment legislation and recruitment policies and practices of clients.
Manage selection centers for recruitment of graduates and other sources of experienced candidates.
Maintain and support policy and procedures;
Respond and support employee relations;
Ensure compliance with all legal and corporate guidelines;
Maintain employee records;
Manage employee engagement activities, conduct communication sessions such as FGDs and One on Ones.
Coordinateand facilitate new employee orientation;
Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation;
Conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations;
Coach management and staff members in human resource principles and company values of Integrity, Service, and Professionalism;
Maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Requirements:
5 years of solid HR experience with strong leadership, partnering and interpersonal skills;
Professional recruitment training and solid recruitment background in the call center/BPO Industry is a must.
Proven ability to build solid working relationships with all levels of the organization;
Proven ability to apply knowledge and skills to a wide range of intellectual and practical business situations;
Knowledge of HR systems and local labor laws;
Proven ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and written - to peers and business partners. This includes strong questioning and listening skills, and ability to look beyond obvious answers and understand the impact on other areas;
Proactive and responsive to business unit HR needs, solve problems creatively by thinking outside the box and applying non-traditional solutions to challenging issues;
Work night shift from 6pm Manila Time to 3am Manila Time
