Advanced Contact Solutions is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of HR Generalist. Successfuly applicants for HR Generalist will have a great career in Advanced Contact Solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

The candidate should possess in-depth understanding on HR fundamentals and has working knowledge on Employee Case Management, Employment Law, Strategic Planning and Organization Development.


Demonstrated HR experience and competency in the areas of business acumen, data reporting and analysis, influencing, contracting, consulting, negotiating, organizational assessment and intervention, meeting design, facilitation and team development.




Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology or equivalent.


Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
