Strategic Back Office Solutions Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of HR Assistant.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining Staff Records
• Updating Time Tracker
• Receiving Annual Holiday Leave form
• Updating employee personal data
• Perform quarterly reviews of all staff records to ensure all requirements have been met
New Hire Onboarding Process
• Ensure all new starter stakeholders have completed their requirements.
• Issue payroll forms to new employees
• Request HMO c/o OMNI insurance with dependents (if applicable)
• Obtain referees details from new employees
• Request professional references from employees referees
• Ensure employee has been issued and completed client confidentiality agreement and non-disclosure agreement (client specific).
• Ensure employee has submitted NBI clearance and clearance from previous employer on day one.
• Conduct Credit Reference Check (CIBI)
Loans and Benefits
• Assist in employees' SSS/PAGIBIG loans application
• Provide maternity reimbursement c/o SSS assistance for employees' who gave birth in coordination with finance
• Provide Sickness reimbursement c/o SSS assistance
Administrative
• Filing and organising 201 (employee) file
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in McKinley Hill Taguig.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants who can start on the first week of June will be prioritized.
