IBM Call Center is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of HR Adviser.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Co-ordinates assigned HR policies, processes and programs or implementation within the business unit.
Resolves escalated issues from the Shared Services Centre, and provides individual case management on complex issues.
Acts as an advisor to both line managers and employees in using HR services within the proper service delivery channels.
Coaches employees through implementing new or changed HR policies, processes and programs
Communicates HR information, using appropriate channels, within the business unit.
Analyses, collects and researches data on HR-related issues – performance, productivity, employee costs and profile etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Psychology, Economics, Political Science or any related discipline.
The candidate should possess in-depth understanding on HR fundamentals and has working knowledge on Employee Case Management, Employment Law, Strategic Planning and Organization Development.
Strong exposure on project management with 3- 5 years experience in HR account management.
Applicants must be willing to work in Eastwood and Philcoa.
Applicants must be willing to work on NIGHT SHIFT.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
5 Full-Time positions available.
