1) Customer Care Representative / Telemarketers
Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
- Graduate of any Bachelor of Arts or Science course
- Proficient in various computer applications
- Willing to work shifts
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

2) Team Supervisors
Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written
- Graduate of any Bachelor of Arts or Science course
- Proficient in various computer applications
- Willing to work shifts
- Must have at least 1 year experience in supervising a team
- High level of customer service orientation
- Having worked in the same capacity in a call center environment is highly required and recommended
- Strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Organized and with very strong leadership skills

3) Operations Manager
Qualifications

- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related course
- At least 4 years experience in Customer Service/Relations Management
- With extensive experience in client relations and client management
- Knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures
- Knowledge of personal computer operations and software applications
- Ability to manage departmental expenditures in adherence to budgeted guidelines
- Having worked in the same capacity in a call center environment is highly required and recommended.
