Joymax Global Service Center is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of German and Spanish Game Master.

Responsibilities:
GameMasters will provide customer service support by replying to inbound and outbound emails in a BPO-centre environment, 24x7 operations.
Continuously provide high quality service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the specified Performance Level Agreements (PLA).
Document all customer transactions in accordance with company policy.
Responsible for meeting and maintaining all individual and team quality standards as set by each unit.
And will perform translation work.
Requirements:
Male or Female, at least completed 2 years of college
Superior written and oral communication skills in German and English, Spanish and English
Strong customer service orientation
Honest and good moral character
Professional and courteous attitude
Motivated with ability to work independently as well as in a team
Gaming experience is a plus (example: Silkroad Online, DarkEden, Bumpy Crash,etc.)
Willing to work night shift and or shifting schedule
Ability to change quickly with the needs of a growing company
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required skill(s): Customer service orientation, English communication, Team player, Multi-task, MS Office.
Required language(s): English, German, Spanish
