Legal Section Lead
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Law or equivalent.
Candidate must be licensed to practice law in the Philippines; IT-BPO/Call Center experience preferred
Required language(s): English and Filipino.
Preferably has compliance or audit experience in a bank, financial services or insurance company or at least 3 year(s) work experience in a related field.
Working knowledge of US banking laws and/or other laws applicable to the banking, financial services or insurance industries

AVP for Customer Service
Responsibilities:
• Managing the performance & development of managers and team leaders.
• Ensuring high quality output from all processes and ensuring that performance is in line with service level agreements.
• Maintaining a relationship of trust between customers and Genpact for ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Developing and delivering on forecasts, budgets & profitability.
• Identifying obstacles to plans, business goals or objectives and recommending and implementing solutions.
• Developing and and implementing policy, monitoring and ensuring compliance with legislation governing area of responsibility.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Banking industry handling customer service, or BPO/Call Center industry handling Customer Service particularly for a bank/financial program>
Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
Candidate must be a Senior Operations Manager, or an AVP/Director specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
