Description:
eData Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of General/Operations Manager.

Responsibilities:
Plans, develops and implements organization policies and goals;
Prepares & recommends operating budgets and effectively allocates it;
Confers with other departments and reviews activity, operating, marketing & sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required;
Maintains a commitment to the company/board of director's directives;
Presides over all departmental meetings for planning, update, discussion of programs and operations;
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required, advanced degree and/or MBA is a plus;
Familiarity with health care and cosmetics or similar industry/management is required;
Ability to quickly gain and apply knowledge of business trends affecting Company and work closely with other management representatives and a variety of enterprises from divergent business operations to meet identified goals and objectives in a timely fashion;
Superior analytical ability. Ability to consistently demonstrate unusually clear understanding of business processes and programs as well as the technical and business best practices strategize improvements; and convince others of advantages to change;
Extraordinary problem-solving abilities. Capacity to assess situations accurately and quickly and make the right recommendations and decisions. Proven track record of sound judgment. Ability to deal effectively with new or unexpected situations and proactively resolve issues. Assess problems in a broad business perspective, conceptualizing outcomes; and
Strong verbal and writing skills; ability to draft and present executive level plans and presentations in a clear, concise manner effectively in any size group; ability to interview effectively; ability to guide associates in improving communication skills; ability to conduct meetings and to make presentations to all levels.
