Description:
Pronet is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of General Manager - Operations. Successfuly applicants for General Manager - Operations will have a great career in Pronet.

Requirements
1. Must have a post Graduate degree and a professional Management/Finance/Accounting Degree.

2. At least 8 years total work experience with the last 3 years spent managing and leading teams.

3. Domain knowledge of business research, investment research, market research, analytics and other knowledge services functions.

4. Knowledge of Operations in a captive or third party BPO company for HR Services (in telecommunications and retail industry preferred) with an exposure to financial/insurance services.

5. Excellent communications skills and client presence.

6. Must be 30 or above.

The General Manager - Operations will serve as a member of the senior management team at Pronet e Services and report to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will initially have responsibility for all Pronet BPO Operations.

1. Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of operational management and development

2. Monitor, measure and report on operational issues, opportunities, development plans and delivery schedules and achievements within agreed formats and timescales

3. Manage and operate within budgetary plans and controls.

4. Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of operational development, and to ensure they are fully informed of operational objectives, purposes and achievements

5. Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary operational developments methodologies and provide suitable interpretation to managers and staff within the organisation

6. Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance in co-optation with the executive team

7. Ensure activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care.

8. Ensure delivery to the clients as per the standards and norms laid down by the management

9. Help in negotiations with the customer by performing transition and transformation of subject matter.
