Inbound Printer Technical Support
Assist US/Canada based customers with Pritner hardware/software technical support
Set and follow though on goals, short term and long term
Must meet or exceed all performance goals
Must meet or exceed all production goals
Must meet or exceed all internal goals
Understand and ensure adherance to all regulatory compliance
Ability to Improve floor performance intraday
Understand completely all product knowledge and quality guidelines

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Typing of 35 WPM or greater
Required Minimum of 1 year customer contact experience, face to face or over the phone.
Basic computer hardware and software knowledge including MS Windows
Close to Neutral Accent/Trainable French communications skills
Ability to multitask
Time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Problem Solving /Trouble Shooting
Demonstrated ability to handle upset customer inquiries positively & professionally
