Description:
TRG Philippines-The Resource Group is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Force Desk Agent. Successfuly applicants for Force Desk Agent will have a great career in TRG Philippines-The Resource Group.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take in ForceDesk calls. Ensure documentation and entry in IEX.
Perform on the spot checks on Command Center Reports.
Persuade/Motivate agents who are calling in the sick line to report for work instead of going on a leave of absence


REQUIREMENTS:
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Able to promptly answer calls in the ForceDesk line and follow the process created for it.
Self-motivated, Detail-oriented and Organized.
Excellent communication skills ( Oral and Written )
Has basic knowledge of Excel and Math
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, any field.
Experience in the call center industry is an advantage but not required
Must be amenable working on a evening to graveyard schedule
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
