Responsibilities:
Handle the delivery of Corporate Services in managing financial functions.
Collaborate with the Corporate Services Team Lead and Analysts in business risk management assessment, continuity planning, disaster recovery planning, benchmarking, budgets, audit/assurance, quality management, maintenance of the Policies, Processes, Rules and Guidance library as needed
Establish & maintain effective relationship with Group Finance
Coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents
Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
Participate in financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
Analyse financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problems
Adhere to all agreed SLA’s and KPI’s; Comply with agreed SLA’s/MOUs and KPI’s & Data Protection
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
