Responsibilities:
Manages the end to end process of Accounts Payable
Monitors and maintain reports and deliverables for internal reporting and statutory compliance
Ensures accuracy of accruals. Maintains traction of operating expenses.
Do and finalize monthly schedule, provides timely feedback for corrective action for accounts under reconciliation
Manages the internal and external client of Accounts Payable including bit not limited to vendor reconciliation, etc.
Requirements:
CPA with at least 5 years working experience in finance/Accounts Payable function.
Intensive knowledge in accounts payable management software/tool application. Experiece in ERP /Peoplesoft an advantage.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Good interpersonal, coordination and communication skills
Familiarity in crafting and analyzing policies and procedures, able to manage process migration
Detailed oriented, must be able to maintain and analyse schedules for audit, tax and accounting purposes.
Willing to travel, if required for site visit and operational audit.
