Responsibilities:
1. Evaluates hazards within the facility for safety, health, and environmental risks.
2. Develops health and safety procedures and programs for all departments and monitors safety compliance to reduce risks.
3. Maintains contingency plans, including fire prevention, and procedures for controlling hazards in the facility.
4. Supervises maintenance of safety data sheets so they are accessible at all times according to regulations.
5. Develops inspection policies and establishes regular inspection schedules.
6. Supervises training sessions for emergency preparedness, confined spaces, electrical safety, machine guarding, etc.
7. Oversees suppliers compliance to EHS standards
8. Monitors professional literature and attends seminars to stay current with governmental compliance requirements
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in facility maintenance in a call center setting is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Muntinlupa city.
Preferably Managers specializing in Maintenance/Repair or equivalent.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
