RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position requires planning, organizing, and ensuring excellent operations and reliability of all utilities, equipment, building maintenance meeting regulatory standards, and provide technical/administrative support and services for the Makati and Quezon City sites. The successful candidate should ensure support to business operations by providing effective supervision of and coordination with service providers engaged in the above tasks (e.g. security and housekeeping personnel) in accordance to the standard policies and procedures of the Company.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Others), Logistic/Transportation, Personal Services or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in the call center industry.
Must possess management skills and be able to interact with high level executives, good planning and organizing
Good oral and written communication skills
Applicants must be willing to work in either site - Makati City and Quezon City - as required.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers.
