Sitel Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Facilities Coordinator-Ortigas. Successfuly applicants for Facilities Coordinator-Ortigas will have a great career in Sitel Philippines.

Responsibilities:

Knowledgeable in Preventive Maintenance/ Troubleshooting of Office Equipments, Fan Coil Units (FCU), UPS Liebert Machines, Plumbing and sanitation works. like PEZA or Any Government Renwals /Permits. Knowlegable on Generator Sets and chiller/ compressor. Knowledgable in handling Security and Maintenance Personnel. Knowledgable in PEZA and Building Policies and Code. Knowledgable in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)


Requirements:
Preferably an Engineering graduate or any course equivalent.
With at least 1 year experience in facility management with hands on experience on electrical and mechanical procedures.
Should know how to trouble shoot electrical and mechanical problems that might be encountered in the facility.
Candidates must have good communication and comprehension skills.
With good interpersonal skills.
Willing to work on a shifitng schedule and graveyard shift at Ortigas Center, Pasig.
