Specifications
- Preferred Age 25-28 years
- Gender Either
- Education Qualification Graduate in Electronics & Telecom/ Computer Engineering.
- Professional Qualification Preference will be given to candidates having certifications like MCSE, Cisco, Avaya, Nortel etc.
- Computer Proficiency MS Office 2000 and familiar with Computer Hardware
- Desired Experience 1-3 years in Telecom Networking preferably in a Telecom Company, ISP, IT Company, Call Center or Cellular Network Operation

Skill Sets
Hands on experience on :
1. Microsoft WinNT / Win2k / WinXP platforms
2. Microsoft Office2k
3. Microsoft Outlook / Outlook Express
4. Antivirus Software, preferably McAfee
5. PBXs, ACDs, preferably Avaya Definity G3R
6. Monitoring of Voice & Screen Recording Systems
7. Monitoring of Predictive Dialer System
