Live Help BPO is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Executive – Customer Service. Successfuly applicants for Executive – Customer Service will have a great career in Live Help BPO.

Scope of function: To attend in bound calls and provide customer service

Reports to: Team leader

Age: 21 to 40

Education: Should be a graduate. Preferably non-MBA/ non- Technical educational background

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

- To handle customer query efficiently and swiftly resolve all issues.
- To meet & exceed customer needs and provide customer satisfaction.
- Wherever required up sell the appropriate product to all customers at the most profitable rate that can be achieved
- To meet business targets for both quantity and quality


WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED:

- Basic IT
- Excellent People Skills
- Knowledge of Customer Service
- Telephone
- Business etiquette
- Customer service - voice and listening comprehension
- Prior experience in a Voice based process would be desirable.
