Virtoren Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Executive Assistant. Successfuly applicants for Executive Assistant will have a great career in Virtoren Services.

Responsibilities:

Provides admistrative support to the client/s and proactively anticipate his/their varied needs :
Assist with and/or create various forms of correrpondences, reports, presentations,submissions, briefings, minutes, invoices, expenses report, presentations, spreadsheets and others.
Meticulously maintain the client's calendar, schedule appointments, make travel and conference arrangements.
Assist with creation of virtual communities for the client/s including on-line forums, virtual meetings, video conferences as well as visibility to social networking sites.
Manage calls for the client/s such as answering incoming telephone calls, screens calls, and refers to proper manager for handling. Assists directly with routine inquiries.
Promptly screen and distribute incoming email, responding where appropriate.
Supports in planning, directing, managing and coordinating day-to-day business activities.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Attend meetings for, with and in-behalf of the client. Assists in creating materials needed for the meetings as well as prepare minutes of the meeting if so needed. May also include organizing the event for the client/s.
Develop and maintain well organized filing system for confidential, personal and business files as needed and required by the client/s.
Perform marketing and sales functions both for client/s and company. Functions may include but not limited to :
Research on possible sales leads and target markets. Perform teleprospecting which is a process of gathering high-level market information and identifying qualified prospects via phone calls.
Conduct product or service introduction through various mediums like email, chat or phone calls.
Receive sales and service inquiries via email, chat or phone and attend to these queries with ease and efficiency.


Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required skill(s):
Excellent written and oral [English] communication skills.
Good organization / time management skills (Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.).
Proficient in MS Office and / or Open Office and other related tools.
Optional skill (s):
SEO and Internet Marketing experience
Business Development or Sales experience for US markets (no specific industry)
Telemarketing / Appointment Setting or any Call Center /BPO experience
Basic accounting / bookkeeping : MYOB / AccountEdge, Peach Tree, Quickbooks,etc.
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City, 11pm to 8am shift, Monday to Friday and holiday work days.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
2 Full-Time positions available.
