SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

To resolve customer problems efficiently and profitably for all products and services
To ensure that customer requirements are met in one call.
To manage Work Basket reports as required.
To meet the customers' needs and provide customer satisfaction
To meet business targets for both quantity and quality
To recommend methodologies to improves processes and systems
WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED:

BE, BSc Comp, BCA, (preferred) or any Graduate with prior work experience in a Tech Support Voice based process would be desirable.
Good knowledge of Operating systems. (Windows 98)
Excellent customer service skills with good voice and listening comprehension
Must have strong communication skills in English.
Strong commitment and drive for results.
Must be disciplined, influencing and a team player.
Age: 21- 30 yrs.
Experience: Non - Freshers (6 months experience onwards)
