SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

To handle customer query efficiently and resolve all issues in first instance
To meet the customers' needs and provide customer satisfaction.
Wherever required up sell the appropriate product to all customers at the most profitable rate that can be achieved
To meet the customers' needs in order to provide satisfaction
To meet business targets for both quantity and quality
WORK EXPERIENCE & OTHER ABILITES REQUIRED:

Basic IT
Knowledge of Customer Service
Telephone
Business etiquette
Customer service - voice and listening comprehension
Prior experience in a Voice based process would be preferred
