REQUIREMENTS:Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) or Doctorate (PhD) in any field.

Immediate Hiring! Call Center Agents! CSR&TSR w/ or w/o EXPERIENCE!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides excellent Customer Service.
In charge of handling international clients both Customer Service Accounts (travel, sales, telecommunications, credit card, financial) and Technical Support Accounts (desktop, laptop, software, mobile).
REQUIREMENTS:
Customer Service Representatives
Applicants must be 18 years old and above
Completed at least two (2) years of College
Above average communication skills
Computer literate and proficient in typing
Willing to work on graveyard, holiday and weekend shifts
Good analytical skills and Customer service-oriented
Can handle stress, work under pressure and work with minimal supervision
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
Call center experience is a plus but not required
Earn as much as 18,000K to 25,000K for applicants with CSR Experience.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

Technical Support
Knowledgeable with troubleshooting techniques
IT-Related Course
Should have technical background
Applicants must be 18 years old and above
