Rinascimiento Management and Development Corporation is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of English Trainor. Successfuly applicants for English Trainor will have a great career in Rinascimiento Management and Development Corporation.

Responsibilities:

Will be assigned as the English Trainor and Communication Coach for the entire center
Will barge in and listen to agents' calls while evaluating communication skills
Will be conducting coachings and trainings among agents with the goal of improving overall English communication skills e.g. Grammar, Pronunciation, Accent
Will come up with his/her own training materials based on common errors and problems
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicant must have a relevant experience working in a call center environment as Communication Coach or CCT Trainor
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
Full-Time positions available.
