Currently exciting opportunities exist for full-time experienced English Speaking Executive Assistants. Our clients are located globally and are seeking professional and dedicated virtual team members.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting international executives in roles which will require you to "wear many hats"
* Administer complex appointment calendars for one or more executives
* Provide comprehensive administrative support in the form of scheduling and coordination international and domestic travel logistics
* Draft and distribute important correspondence
* Prepare PowerPoint presentations
* Plan and organize meetings with internal and external contacts
* Take meeting notes and preparing follow-up for staff meetings
* Process expense reports
* Act as a liaison and point of reference for cross-functional teams
* Pay meticulous attention to detail and be committed to achieving great results on all projects
* Exercise judgment in determining priorities and performing assignments
* Performs other related duties and special projects as required
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree preferred
* MUST be fluent in written and spoken English
* Minimum of three years supporting high-level executives
* Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a broad range of individuals
* Strong typing skills
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Must be detail oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
* Able to handle multiple priorities, set priorities, and meet deadlines
