Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
Create marketing materials such as product labels, packaging designs, and website banners with a professional and creative eye
Make sure that product images are high quality, formatted and laid out according to client specifications
Release final markups to color separators with multiple files
Determine necessary color corrections and communicate clearly with in-house designers in order to achieve the desired results
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
At least 2 years of work experience in Graphic Design
Must have experience in Color Separation in CMYK and PMS colors including halftones and gradients
Must have strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Must have experience in Freehand, Screen printing method, and Decal printing method
Experience with screen print production is a plus
Must be very detailed oriented and sensitive to the nuances effecting color reproduction in all forms of media both print and digital
Has a strong sense of urgency
Must be able to assist with design work overflow as required
Excellent Attendance record, no attendance/tardiness issues from previous employers
Excellent Performance record, no performance issues from previous employers
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Must be able to work on graveyard shifts
