Responsibilities:
The Employment Solutions Associate is responsible for providing effective customer service support. Actively focuses on resolving issues and inquiries in a positive and helpful manner at all times.
Generation of qualified employment leads for graduate students from outbound enquiries from potential employers.
Satisfaction of all non-sales, outbound contact to employers in a manner that matches effort to customer requirements and value to the college.
Call required student as assigned from campus to inquire on employment and student loan status.
Assist students in regards to their student loan status and provide documents (via email or fax) to the student and student loans as required to assist in keeping their loans in good standing both via inbound and outbound calls.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Psychology OR equivalent.
Exposure in RPO (Recruitment Process Outourcing), Canadian accounts and/or Local Recruitment is required
Required language(s): Excellent English communication skills
At least 6 months experience in a high customer service oriented work setting
Very good business ethics, call and writing skills
Pleasant, adaptable, flexible, courteous and a team player.
Takes initiative, maintains quality and confidentiality standards.
Adept with MS Office, internet applications, social networking sites (Facebook, Twitter, etc)
Able to work on a night shift and holidays
Willing to work at Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City
Can start ASAP
