Responsibilities:
Generally, establishing and maintaining good relationships between employers and employees.
Assisting the management team in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases.
Work with Managers to identify key issues with accounts and implement strategic retention tools and activities.
Collaborate with the management and Human Resources team on the implementation of programs, policies, and procedures that have a direct impact on specific accounts.
Analyzes and provides attrition reports and addresses issues thereof.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
Amenable to work in shifting schedules.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time position available.
