Qualification:
College Degree in Human Resources
1 yr supervisory experience in all HR functions
Experience in Labor and Employee relations
Knowledge of Labor Law and goverment mandates
Excellent command of English
Excellent interpersonal skills
Call center industry knowledge preferred
Night-shift availability required
