vCustomer Philippines is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of Employee Relations Executive.
Successfuly applicants for Employee Relations Executive will have a great career in vCustomer Philippines.
Responsibilities:
Resolution of disciplinary or grievance cases, including acting as an arbiter between employee and Line Manager.
Consultation and facilitation of policy roll-outs.
Conduct regular audit of 201 files to check completeness and accuracy.
Accurate attrition report analysis, updates masterlist on a daily basis, concise separation report and creates easy to understand process flow charts.
Create marketing initiatives to strengthen company branding.
Come up with out-of-the-box proposals for employee engagement activities then facilitate the programs.
Track status changes and adjustments of employees.
Assist in tracking various statutory requirements/claims (SSS, PH, HDMF) as applicable.
Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate.
Carry out other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibilities of the position.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resources Management/Psychology/Law or equivalent.
Must understand HR facets as a whole, including the complexity of the labor law.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in QUEZON CITY.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Willing to work in the graveyard shift.
Full-Time positions available.
