Responsibilities:
Design procedures & policies for the QC functions on an ongoing basis.
Incubation of QC in all new processes.
Assure that the QC function is running effectively in each process.
Sharing of best practices between processes.
Ensure the effective running and updation of the PROMPT system.
Ensure improvement exercises (Six Sigma Projects, AIM, etc) continue to happen in the processes.
Lead at least one Black Belt project.
Support EXLMS and ISG initiatives.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt Trained from a recognized institute (such as ASQ, Toyota, GE, etc)
Should have done at least one Green Belt / Black Belt Project
Knowledge of calls recording system and its usage (NICE, Witness, etc)
Computer literate with good communication skills
Good knowledge of Quality related methodologies like COPC and ISO.
At least 2 years of experience in handling transactional quality (Quality Control / Quality Compliance)
Ability to handle pressure
Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay City.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
