E Call Center is a newly established call center specializing in outbound campaigns and we are in need of highly driven and motivated individuals to join them in launching E-Call Center into full gear. POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

1. Web Designer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for conceptualizing layout of various websites and updating content using content management system
* Develop multimedia animations as necessary;
* Maintain website on a daily basis

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art & Design, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
* Well-versed in the field of Digital Arts & Web Designing.
* Highly proficient in using Joomla, Dreamweaver, HTML/CSS Tableless, Photoshop & Flash animations.
* Basic knowledge of Javascript
* Preferably 2-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* With Online portfolio
* Good command on the English language
* Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.

2. Web Programmer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Carry out programming projects with the design team
* Help the group conceptualize new programs for websites
* Recommend technical solutions for web development
* Ensure that the design team’s layouts are implemented as efficient CSS/HTML

REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or I.T. Programming or any related field.
* Solid programming skills and has deep understanding of usability and interface design with advance knowledge of CSS, JavaScript and DHTML
* Candidates must at least have 1 year of work experience in web programming or any related field.
* Understanding of cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility concerns and workarounds; experience developing highly portable code
* Applicants must have extensive knowledge of the following programs: PHP, Java Script, CGI, MySQL, HTML, AJAX or JSON
* Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) and marketing (SEM)
* Good command on the English language
* Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.

3. Website Sales Agent

Applicants MUST:

* Proactively make outbound calls to American customers selling websites
* Have some training in Sales, Telemarketing, Account Management or customer service
* Be one of the high ranking sellers in his/her previous job
* Be money-driven, self-motivated , hardworking and honest
* Be a quick-learner, detail-oriented and knowledgeable on basic MS Office applications
* Have the ability to convince, persuade and present products based on customer’s needs
* Preferably with 2-4 years experience in outbound sales/telemarketing. ONLY experienced salespeople may apply.
* Have some knowledge on the significance of online marketing for businesses
* Excellent command of the English language, preferably with a neutral accent
* Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City.

4. Outbound Sales Agent

Applicants MUST:

* Proactively make outbound calls to American customers on various campaigns
* Have some training in Sales, Telemarketing, Account Management or customer service
* Be one of the high ranking sellers in his/her previous job
* Be money-driven, self-motivated, hardworking and honest
* Be a quick-learner, detail-oriented and knowledgeable on basic MS Office applications
* Have the ability to convince, persuade and present products based on customer’s needs
* Preferably with 2-4 years experience in outbound sales/telemarketing. ONLY experienced salespeople may apply.
* Excellent command of the English language, preferably with a neutral accent
* Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City

5. Inbound Sales Agents
Applicants MUST:

* Receive calls from American customers on various campaigns
* Have extensive experience in sale both inbound or outbound
* Have excellent customer service skills as well
* Have some training in Sales, Telemarketing, Account Management or customer service
* Be one of the high ranking sellers in his/her previous job
* Be money-driven, self-motivated, hardworking and honest
* Be a quick-learner, detail-oriented and knowledgeable on basic MS Office applications
* Have the ability to convince, persuade and present products based on customer’s needs
* Preferably with 2-4 years experience in inbound/outbound sales and /or customer service. Only experienced call center agents may apply.
* Excellent command of the English language, preferably with a neutral accent
* Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
