Responsibilities:
Delivers high quality customer service, not only meeting but exceeding their expectations by treating each call as an opportunity and see sales as an important part of servicing a customer.
Does other tasks (e.g. email, correspondences and refund) in a timely and accurate manner.
Completes special assignments (e.g. load up, change to triples, booked cancellation) given by the client in a timely and accurate manner.
Does outbound calling and telemarketing and to perform statistically to standards/targets and deadlines set by the client.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Experience Handling an Outbound account for at least 6 months is preferred.
Must have good communication skills.
Willing to work in Makati City.
