RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for delivering customer satisfaction and problem resolution to the client's customers for a particular account.
Responsible for adhering to client call handling protocol and procedures.
Responsible for interfacing with customers through the phone in a courteous and professional manner.
Initiate outbound calls and sell products and services to client's customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least 3 months sales experience in a call center (inbound or outbound).
Bachelor's Degree in any field with at least 6 months customer service (with upselling experience) in a call center.
For undergraduates, completed at least 2 years of college with at least 6 months sales experience in an international call center (inbound or outbound)
For graduates of short courses, completed 2 years of college 6 months customer service (with upselling) experience in an international call center.
Start Date: February 17

maria says: had two call center experience...one was in APAC Alabang last 2006 and the latest was in Aegis People Support in Makati last 2010....both inbound, a medical insurance company based in new jersey and was in travel and hospitality vertical based in the US...had upselling experience as well..
