RESPONSIBILITIES:
Has to develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, statistical analyses and reports to be used internally and by the client.




REQUIREMENTS:
Must have at least 2 years Call Center experience
Proficiency in developing and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, statistical analyses and reports to be used internally and by the client.
Intermediate to expert knowledge & skill on Microsoft Excel use and development
Knowledge in other reporting tools is a plus
Intermediate knowledge & skill on Microsoft Access database development
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet & exceed deadlines and work well under pressure
Able to read, write, analyze and interpret reports and business correspondence
Applicants must be willing to work on graveyard shifts, shifting schedule, holidays, weekends and extended hours
Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
