Manulife Business Processing Services is looking for individuals who are qualified for the position of DERIVATIVES ANALYST.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for derivatives back office operations which would involve confirming daily settlements with counterparties and comparing key terms of derivative contracts with counterparties after execution.
Responsible for researching and resolving any trade discrepancies where necessary.
Continually seek for opportunities to create efficiencies in the processing, reconciliation and reporting within the aforementioned tasks.
The Operations Analyst will work daily with global Derivatives Middle and Front Office teams to ensure timely and accurate trade capture in internal systems, process rate resets, and resolve reconciliation issues related to trades and settlements.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any numerate courses such as Mathematics, Accountancy, Commerce or equivalent.
At least one (1) working experience in the derivatives reconciliation field is required for this position.
Good understanding of OTC and exhange traded derivatives, trade processing, trade confirmation, cash settlements, valuation and life cycle management for swaps, OTC options, and futures, and collateral management.
OTC Derivative knowledge among candidates is required however this should not be limited to swaps, futures, swaptions, options and foreign exchange (spot, swap, forward).
Experience in Swapswire is a plus.
Ability to initiate and complete tasks under intense deadline pressure.
Candidates must have effective communication skills.
Candidates must be willing to work in Diliman, Quezon City
Candidates must be willing to work in the night shift (8PM-5AM), monday to friday.
